Here is a young clone of MAC 1. This is Cap’s cut and he is the breeder of this strain. The strain itself is called Miracle Alien Cookies and seeds are/were available from Seed Junky Genetics. However Mac 1 is a clone only strain because it has proved to be impossible to breed with.

MAC 1 Pictures
Here are some pictures of the MAC 1. They are not mine but were found around the internet. Since this clone is small I thought it would be a good idea to see what to expect from her. First a nice bud shot of her:

Up close and personal with a handful of beautiful #MAC1 bred by @capulator. This has been a heavy hitter ever since our first harvest of this cultivar and it easily shows that the proof is in the pudding of all @capulator’s hard work. Genetics don’t lie and if you don’t think it’s something special, you’ll have to lay your eyes on one of our batches in person to see that everything isn’t always just hype.🔥✔️ #somethingspecial #capscut
And here are some plant and cola shots:
What Is Miracle Alien Cookies?
Miracle Alien Cookies is a strain created by Capulator. It is a cross of Alien Cookies and a Starfighter x Colombian cross. Seeds were made available but MAC 1 is the breeders selection from the resulting cross. Apparently efforts to breed with her produced garbage. That’s the word the breeder used. Offspring were mutants or terrible yielders and pollen was scarce and mostly sterile.
Of course there is a story that goes with this strains creation which I believe is total bullshit but…
The epic tale of The MAC begins with a Starfighter breeding with a Columbian landrace strain that the breeder personally picked up from South America. As the story goes, the seeds were tragically left in the breeder’s pants pocket, pants that found their way into the washing machine. A bold heroine (his wife) put the soapy seeds into paper towels where they all germinated and seemed to be healthy. But, alas, shortly after being planted all of these seedlings died simultaneously. All but one that is. That sole survivor, the fifteenth to be planted and the only to survive, was thus dubbed “Miracle 15.” Miracle 15 was a male, however, so he could never be flowered. But along came a lady by the name of Alien Cookies. They fell in love and gave birth to an only child, a child they named Miracle Alien Cookies. And thus, The M.A.C. was born.

I am assuming the genetics are truer than the story that comes with them but whatever they are and wherever this strain is from people who grow MAC1 and smoke it all seem to agree she is an outstanding plant. She makes beautiful buds and offers unique smells and tastes. So all hype aside that is enough reason to grow her.
MY MAC 1 CLONE AT 7 DAYS
After a week under subdued lighting I repotted this girl into a 1 gallon pot filled with coco. I am also starting to give her more light. She looks like she grew this week. Looking fatter and wider and maybe a bit taller too.

MAC 1 SOG
It has taken a while to get this girl going but I now have 6 healthy clones in a SOG grow. This plant is a very slow grower in veg. Luckily she seems to clone easily. So here are my clones doing into flower.
Here is a nice Mac 1 clone going into flower. I am hoping it was worth the wait. The mom is a very stocky plant and makes strong thick branches that seem to clone easily. I decided to put them in a SOG and flower them out.
MAC 1 DAY 24 OF FLOWER
It has taken a while to get to this point! I think it will be worth the wait. The plants are small and about 24 inches tall. They seem to flower off the main stem on short branches. Flowering looks good from top to bottom.
The MAC has a growth habit that makes it ideal for SOG grows. The only problem is my mom is a slow grower and getting enough clones off her for a full MAC 1 SOG is going to be hard. I am going to start a couple of new moms so I can get enough clones for a full grow.
I will need 30 for a full grow but that means most likely taking 60 clones and only taking the best into flower. Clones are not all created equal and I am quickly learning top growth that roots fast makes the best clones. Even a difference of a few days between rooting makes a big difference in final plant size and vigor. This is much more important in a SOG where there is virtually no veg time.
MAC 1 DAY 49
So it has been a while since I updated this post and now it is day 49. The MAC 1 is a small plant in sea of green. It is only about 2 feet tall. Buds are sizing up and so frosty they look fuzzy. There is more in the video and more on my YouTube if you check my SOG playlist. Here are some still shots from day 49:
