Black Banana Cookies is a fairly new cross from Solfire Gardens. It is a cross of a Black Berry Kush and Banana Fire Cookies. I received a breeders cut of pheno #4 and put it into flower along with The Truth, a TK crossed with SFV OG and Chem D. It was just a tester but it turned out really well and is currently being flushed.

Black Banana Cookies or BBC for short was created by Solfire Gardens in 2017. Taking a female cut of Black Berry Kush gifted to Solfire by his friend Ex from Exotic Genetics which was used in numerous strains such as Kimbo Kush and breeding it with a male Banana Fire Cookies selected from Relentless Genetics seed stock. Black Banana Cookie F1 seeds are not available. Black Banana Cookie F2 seeds will be available sometime 2018. I will be finishing this off soon. All pictures were taken on days 52-54. I am noticing more dark purple coming into the buds as they flush and hopefully this will continue. Right now it is about ready for harvest but the fade is only just starting so it may actually go 60-65 days.
There are a lot of purple strains around but most only have it in the leaves so a strain that has it in the buds themselves like Black Banana Cookies is extremely desirable.

Here is some Black Banana Cookies bud porn. It was harvested at 60 days but I think it could have gone a bit longer and color would have increased. It wasn’t a large plant and did not have the best location but it managed to produce 40 grams. Even though it received less light than the taller plants it produced no larfy buds which impressed me.
